The Breach: A Cyber Crisis Digital Game is an interactive experience that places participants in the roles of business or technology leaders confronted with a high-stakes cyber crisis. The game is designed to challenge players to rely on their instincts, make critical decisions under pressure, and observe the consequences of their choices as they unfold, directly impacting their organization’s resilience.
Visual Approach and Creative Direction
I conceptualized and proposed this project for 2025 Cybersecurity Month, with the primary goal of immersing participants in realistic crisis scenarios. The gameplay offers two unique storylines, each tailored to a specific leadership role. Through a series of multiple-choice decisions, players are encouraged to identify hidden risks, enhance their strategic response capabilities, and navigate toward appropriate next-step resources.
Visually, the game merges black and white photo-realistic elements with illustrative graphics, providing a dynamic depiction of how a cyber crisis can evolve over time. This approach not only reinforces the urgency and seriousness of the scenarios but also maintains visual coherence with the broader creative direction of related projects.
